Thank you. Brilliant and informative video. But actually, the crazings that are created on purpose, which is called "Kaipian", are really common to be found on porcelain that is made in China. It is a technique that originates from the Song dynasty if I recall correctly. The hairlines are just like crazings on ice while the porcelain is new. As the porcelain has been used for a long time, the crazings would change into the color of the sort of tea that had been drinking.

I'm a very big time Collector of Cup's & Saucer's and if possible the matching Teapot 🫖. I'm very careful and I look over any of the new Teacups& Saucer's and Teapots 🫖I know how often the one's out for Sale can be not up to the highest level. So I check each one very careful. Sometimes I will buy one that is like you say/pointed out👉 ☝️ not perfect if the item in the set is not going to be used for every day use.
