For me it’s the second one, I use my book (self published: Shine Your Light) to coach my group and this is mainly because, I want to move them from just reading the book to actually living it and catalyse them into shining their own light 💡🥰🥰🥰

I think I'd like to use all 3. At different phases of the program. But, that's knowing that my topic of training can be delivered in each, effectively. Start with Type #1, then a Type #3 for regular comprehension, then use Type #2 to continue and maintain connection, keeping the client growth continuous.

Hi Ajit, thank you for this video. It'd be laser coaching format for me. Having spent a considerable amount of time this week searching for a group coaching demo video IN ACTION, I would love if you would post one (or have a one off live demo session)?. Am particularly keen to appreciate HOW relating to those not in the hot seat is executed, and their feedback on the group coaching format. Fully appreciate there are many factors (eg the principles shared in this video) that would impact the success of the group coaching programme.

That's a great question, Ms Mac! We don't have group coaching demonstrations per se, but you can watch how the process of relating back to an audience works in these 2 live coaching demonstrations by master coach Rich Litvin. These were done in live events in front of an audience, where he invited guests on stage to coach them and he would relate back to the audience to keep them engaged throughout the demonstration.
