Hi Im applying for DASP Online but for some reason My Super fund told me they haven't receive yet any notice from ATO, as an alternativeThey told me to get a "visa cancellation notice." I have my immi account but I could not find on how to request that "visa cancellation notice" could you help me please...thanks in advance

Hi Perry, thanks I'm glad you like the videos. In all honesty I am not sure on the current tax rate you would pay on your Super. Try contacting the ATO and see if they can give you the up to date figures for the coming year. Sorry I can't be of more help!

hello, can i ask after you fill up the form from DASP, do you need to contact the australiansuper? or you just wait for 28 days and let the ATO settle it? then last question i left Australia 2 days before my visa expire , do i need to contact immigration to cancel my visa? by the way , your small video blog is a big help for me, because i dont have any idea at all so keep it up.

Hi! Good questions! In all honesty I can't completely remember. I had to log in to my Australian Super Account to get the correct details for the DASP form anyway. Please don't quote me on this but I believe as long as the ATO has everything they need, they sort it out with your super provider. The best thing to do would be to contact the company that holds your super and check with them directly. I only knew I had gotten my money because Australian Super wrote to me at my UK address telling me the funds had been paid out, I didn't hear anything back from the ATO. 2) If it was only 2 days you don't need to contact them as your visa will have completely run out by now. It's only if you leave a few months early and want to claim your super. Hope this helps! Thanks for your kind words, glad you find it helpful :)

hello, i am facing a technical problem: when I go on the ATO website and find the DASP page, i am directed to open the online application (only) through 'mygov'. when I try and repeat the process through mygov, it doesn't work. any advise? thank you
