so do you guys recommend this Amazon pioneer mini split system? I have a 3 car garage insulated, garage doors insulated as well, about 650sq ft with 8ft ceilings. I live in Clovis California. I was told an 180000 BTU mini split will work fine in my insulated area, or will I need more btus??. by the way do they required a license guy to install it so they can make their warranty valid just in case something happens to mini split?

I purchased a 2 ton unit for my 600 square-foot apartment and it keeps it super cool. It was a little bit more expensive but I think it’s worth it.

Helpful, thanks! I have 2 of these units and a smaller one going in next year. They may not be the best product on the market but they get the job done and the price is right. I guess the heat costs a little more in winter but the cool is more efficient in summer. Makes sense considering we are sometimes heating from 20 degrees to 70 (50 degrees difference) and in summer, 60 from 80, (20 degree difference).
