I usually do the dawn in the bathtub. I use the lp grease also. I finally got some decent boots last year. Got me 2 pair of the Nick’s builder pros.

@@KillingerUSA I really love mine. They are not lace to toe or anything like that. They have made a difference in my walk and stance just going to high arch.

I use saddle soap to clean them. After that it depends on the boot what I follow that with.

Do you ever re-dye the boots? Between 2 coats of dye, 3 thin coats of dubbin (preheat the boots at 170F in oven), then 2 coats of kiwi parade gloss polish, mine look better than brand new. It's a lot of work but enjoyable when you see the results!

@@KillingerUSA Fiebing's brand is what I use, along with a cheap 1" foam brush. Wear rubber gloves!
