On this episode I trained a fellow brother Miguel Tineo on how to clean, sand and seal pavers. We also completed another project while the pavers were drying out to maximize our time.

Littles Pressure Washing is my guy!!! I love the craftsman pump sprayer, it hasnt left me down except the only thing I hate is that the filter sits so high that you cant spray everything thats in the tank. It will slow down almost to spraying out nothing cause of the air its sucking since the filter sticks out on top of the liquid.

Silica sand. I get it locally. I wish they sold it everywhere. There's different brands. I use the one from Florida silica sand company

No. I stay away from polymeric it's like concrete once it gers wet. Prepping pavers with polymeric is a whole different animal. It works great in snowing States from My research

Yes, it is. I don't touch my pressure. It's set at one setting and left alone.

Yes I rinse after cleaning so all the dirt and old sand gets rinsed off. then i dry sand and seal it.

I’ve heard that sealer is good. But I’m stuck on URE-Seal h20 haha. Sealthane is another good one too. Trident is good too. Never used it but I’ve heard from plenty of guys that it is really good. They also have colored sand too with trident. That’s pretty sporty. (Located in central FL)

Yea all of those are good. I got a bucket of ureaseal that I've been wanting to use. I almost used sealthane once. Trident definitely nice with the sand

I try to stick with what works and what I’m familiar with. I wanna use deco because you don’t have to technically mix it Haha. It’ll save some time. Ure seal is a rock solid sealer if you know how to mix it to their recommended mixture.

I have seal and locks 5 gallon bucket sprayer. Works really really good. You can build one for cheaper though.

I might have to work in paver sealing into my services. I stain decks and fences so why not. That sealer that you use can you run that through a paint sprayer?

This job was multi purpose sand and I used deco products silicast

No just the manufacturer Warranty. Although if something happened within a few months I'd go rectify the issue. I get about 1k sq ft give or take

Congrats on the 10K! It looks like you didn’t seal the smaller paver boarder right around the pool? Did I see that right? And if so, why not?

I'm sure Cliff will respond. I've seen him do this in older videos. If I'm not mistaken, the coping around the pool is a separate service. It's tedious as it needs to be done by hand for the over hang close to the water.

I got QuickBooks online which has an app as well. I can send invoices , estimates and receive payments on it. They even have one of those card readers as well.

I quote it by sq ft. And that covers everything cleaning sanding and sealing and sealer and labor. Yes if you're not sanding and sealing is basic pricing like cleaning concrete

No. Only the organics. Mold, mildew, and algae. Dirt dust too off course. What you're referring to is called gutter brightening.

Hi Cliff, great video as all of them are I am starting to build my pressure washing trailer I have question if you can help me out I have a Pentair Shurflo12v pump that I would like to use on my rig for the soft-wash system my concern is it states Max Flow is 3.6 GPM / 13.6 LPM not sure what the LMP mean but would this pump work for my soft-wash setup? if I need a different pump I would like get it now while I am building out my system

It's usable but it will be very weak. Your output will be severely low. Get a 5.5gpm 12v pump they're fairly cheap
