How to clean the infuser - Delonghi Magnifica Evo

☕ The infuser is an important element of a DeLonghi coffee machine, playing a crucial role in the coffee extraction process.
We find it behind the water tank, open the lid and press the 2 red buttons. We take it out and leave it in water for 5 minutes. After that we rinse it under the tap. We clean any coffee deposits with a brush, and after it has dried a little, we mount the infuser by pressing it. We put the water tank, and that's it.

Hi, my infuser is not in the angle - it is in vertical position and can’t take it out. Is there a trick for it to go in the angle?

You need to swith off the machine properly to let it be on the position first.

never seen a Delonghi head this dirty- but I am on the old front loading style. new side/tilted get that dirty after how many months?!

no, they don't get that dirty. i have had 3 so far (one front, 2 side opened), they almost look factory clean whenever i open them, but that depends on how long between cleanings. delonghi recommends to rinse it once a week, i do mine once every 2 months, and they still look very very clean when i open them. Also: i never had spilled coffee around the area. Maybe the hometechexplorers got a slightly faulty machine from the start.

My machine looks Worser after a week and only 3 cups of coffee at breakfast every Day 3x7 ,i must clean the hole machine.i think there is something wrong with it .😮

Will be better to clean it deeper in my opinion. I always unscrew the screws of the infuser and clean it deeper. Of course you have to be a bit skilled.
