Yes! I love the craft of making my own sage sticks, I love growing a garden and I have been transforming my garden beds and putting in herbs or anything bee's love. I always plant all of the ingredients for my sage sticks and I do sell them because I usually make so many but I have people say 'oh is it white sage?'. I live in a place white sage doesn't grow wild but I think purple Sage is a powerful tool.

I buy frankincense when it’s on sale 🥰 at the health store. If I ever get wrinkles I use filtered coconut oil on my face, then I add coconut oil and frankincense together to put over wrinkles. Do for 6 months to a year or longer for people who have wrinkles and would like them to go away. 😊 egg mask are also nice though I can’t put it under my eyes 👀 I broke out in bumps a little bit. And it took a while for them to go away. Oh side note: that’s good to know about frankincense thanks 😊 for the info

I just moved and can’t find my singing bowl, so I’m using my son's music triangle, I just use a wooden percussion stick to hit the outside of the triangle, held by twine and walk around my space w the intention of clearing. I’m kinda loving it! And barefoot forest bathing is my favorite for clearing & resetting my own energy. Thank you for the info about sage too.
