@@Pavel.k I mean, your thumbnails aren't bad at all. It's just that my first impression when I read your titles is that you come across like just another guru with a clickbaity money-earning title (KZfaq is flooded with those). But once I actually watched your videos, they turned out to be gold mines and genuinely helpful. I just wish I hadn't judged your vids based on the titles and watched them sooner.

I made a Client Avatar and thought of where those people are. Usually they are off the main roads. So I made a 3d person walk with google maps, looking at the big adverts and then checked if they meet my avatar.

This method has completely changed my outlook. While my web dev agency does pretty good (around 20k/mo), I have started cold calling based on your previous cold call example video and out of the 5 people I called, 3 of them have already signed up and paid and the other 2 are actually in the works, and I had a lawn care company come and do my yard, and ended up selling them a plan as well. Potential 100% sell rate? WILD. Anyways, I have only made the 5 calls, and have been busy with clients I already have. But now because of this method I have brought in a new contractor (almost full time) to start managing all of my projects and setup all of my GHL clients. To say this was a game changer is a total understatement.

Question and I might have missed it but I've watched A LOT of your videos......I'd love to see a video or series like you land the client the you need to do A-Z to set up there account -> then you officially "onboard them and then like whatever you do last to keep them using the system or "sticky" that like A-Z check list of "to-do's" & then I'd like to hear your process after that too for high retention 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

Damnn! I managed to hit 15k this month man. I help other agencies and b2b businesses hire commission only cold callers and remote closers. It’s a pretty good model as there’s no risk for the agency because they don’t pay anything upfront until they get a close or an appointment

I look at the audience that is being targetted, while suiting the tastes and personality of the creator by just asking them a couple of questions. Essentially, I study the audience, brand, personality, video content, titles... and use my current (or learn new ones) to create this perfect thumbnail.

I noticed your hat, I am personally myself, and I love your videos and your story it reminds me of my dad living in Ukraine when Chernobyl happened, how he struggled at a young age and came to America all by himself with nothing.
