I would like to see a video where she talks about getting started and almost like a guide for women to begin their journey to be a protector, no matter what occupation or level of that they want to reach. I think it would be great to be able to show a video like that to my fiancé so she can hear practical advice from another woman who has done it and how to accomplish it.

@enjoyingthedecline18014 жыл бұрын
@@MM-eo2oz then 18 year olds shouldn't be in the military. I can't understand how people decide when a person is responsible. Its completely hypocritical and nonsensical. Some say the voting age should be 16. Currently its 18. You can drive a car at 16. Cars can be used to cause intentional harm. Auto accidents kill more people than guns every year. But 16 year olds are trusted with this responsibility. You can join the military without parental permission at age 18. With parental consent you can join at 17. But you have to be 21 to buy beer and according to tim kennedy, you shouldn't be able to own a civilian ar15 at age 18. It makes no sense. Its not logical or consistent.

My youngest daughter always scared us, we live rural but a fair amount of traffic and just three miles to the highway heading south to the border and one mile from one heading west. She would always jog with her headphones on alone thinking because we are fairly rural she's safe when that's far from the truth. We have meth addicts up the road, at least two registered sex offenders here not to mention all the people who drive out here just looking around. She was a easy target who wouldn't even know there was someone driving up behind her until it was too late. Thankfully nothing happened and she did eventually stop doing it to shut us up about it.

The bystander that just watches something happen and does nothing I believe is a weak person. I can't stand by and see something happen and not do anything. I've saved an elderly man that flipped his car upside down in a ditch while others watched. He could've died cause he was under water. My mother seen her neighbor go down in the front yard and she ran over there and started chest compressions. My mother also had stage 4 lung cancer and she is still fighting it.

As a criminal defense attorney in El Paso… who is well versed in every criminal aspect of the community… from both sides of the fence… Tim doesn’t know what he’s talking about in this community. When my kids were young I had a test for them when they wanted to do something that might be dangerous… When they were old enough and strong enough to stop me from wresting them into the back seat of my car. Over my 43 years of practice I have represented numerous pedophiles and child sexual abusers… often they are relatives or trusted friends. All others have been low income, low socio economic status perverts. Human trafficking of young kids in El Paso is almost unknown. The human trafficking around here is alíen smuggling… big business!

I see this excuse all the time in BJJ and in developing more advanced pistol, carbine, and medical skills. It's ultimately just about priorities. Most of his classes are around $1000. You are paying for use of facilities, liability insurance coverage, electricity, maintenance workers, and Tier-1 instructors from a variety of disciplines - among other things. With that, you get experience, perspectives, and training that could potentially save your life - or the lives of others. Seems like a bargain to me. All of us have to make decisions and/or sacrifices regarding the training we pursue - in whatever field (defense-related or not) is relevant or important to us.

27:40 - 29:27 Listen carefully to this conversation = can't you just hear every group of genuinely concerned people who started the concepts of the groups like the FBI, CIA, NSA, DOJ, the SS, the Nazis, Communists, KKK - (add all of the agencies you want that have ever existed) having the same discussions for "the greater good" and look at what they all eventually decomposed into. The problem isn't the capability to wipe-out the evil people of the world. The real question is how to keep the people who do the job from becoming the evil. Be careful what you wish for. Look at what 90% of the US government has become.
