Jesus Christ! LMFAO! Ive been searching for at least an hour for a clear, no BS, concise tutorial that doesnt waste my damn time and i finally found it here, if i could upvote this a billion times I would. too bad the program i needed to compile uses inline assembly apparently and Visual Studio doesn't support it for x64, so i don't really know what to do now

Maybe you figured it out already but you have to make sure you downloaded the necessary c# or c++ (or whatever language you're using) desktop environment modules in the visual studio installer.

hi im new to VB i have followed your example but only get 4 items listed in the batch build i selected to release option (only 2 showing) it builds 2 ok in the bin folder i have the correct folders in the final folder there are dll files but no exe, can you advise

@@DeathGrips1212 the build tab appears only when you open the file you want to create the .exe of i.e I was trynna make a .exe of the GitHub file for the xbox 360 emulator. So you have to open the file directly. Not via the Visual Studio
