Job interviews can be stressful for both the interviewee and interviewer, especially if you've never conducted a job interview before. Most advice out there will be for the interviewee and how they can win the job interview. But, I want to focus on the manager or leader who is the one doing the interviewing. What questions do you ask? Should you start by asking the candidate questions or should you spend time talking about your company? Should you talk about salary in the job interview? And how do you wrap up the interview?
There are so many questions that new managers and leaders have about how to conduct a job interview and how to interview someone properly. This video will answer many of those questions for you. And give you the guidance you need to interview a job applicant with confidence!

When you are attending an interview consider those who are conducting interviews are inferior in knowledge than you which could help strengthening your confidence even though interviewers are rich in knowledge than you

I always wondered, what happens if we are the first filter of interviews and the interview is by phone. We already sent them the job description with the job duties and benefits by email. Is it necessary to mention them during the call? Also is there a difference 8?
