the orange is like yellow but when its on a spectrum it goes from orange to red it hits the most perfect bold orange i wish i could keep it on that orange it hits during the transition

I brought the Razer Kraken headset and the default colour is green, can I change the default colour to for example yellow so the colour would automatically turn yellow when the headset is connected to something? Like PlayStation if I wanted to or you can’t change the default colour?

My ornata v3 X still wont do anything. I can't even go into keyboard and lighting. There are just two empty boxes that says profile which I cannot type anything into, and 3 dots that I cannot click on.

How do I make my mouse change 3 colors instead of just 2 at a time in breathing mode? I may have skipped the tutorial too hastily so I have no idea how to use the studio to customize my mouse.

Very disappointed in the razer. My mouse wheel stopped working after two year. I disassembled and repaired the wheel myself. Model Razer Naga 2014 . It is very difficult to set up a macro in synapse. I'm very angry that my Blackwidow elite keyboard can't change color without synapse. I bought a Motospeed keyboard and I can change colors without any programs. Just toggling with the FN button. I am very disappointed in razer. I bought a razer keyboard and not a synapse. I don't want synapse to be on all the time in my computer.

No. I JUST took off Synapse 3 and Steelseries software and got 1.2GB of memory back. When are you going to allow Viper Mini to save lighting effect to the mouse??? Grrrrr!

I currently have the Deathadder V2 wired mouse. In synapse I am only able to view and edit my keyboard but cannot see the mouse anywhere. I also do not have a "Studio" tab at the top. Any way to fix this? Thanks!

You need to update your razer synapse/ restart your pc as razer synapse won't pick up new razer devices unless updated.

How do you get it to save a color while on the lock screen? Edit: My Razer Viper resets to the default color scheme when my PC is on the lock screen.

We are sorry but you'll need to have a connection with Razer Synapse 3 in order for your prefered chroma effect applies to your keyboard. When you are lock your PC, you temporarily lose connection to Razer Synapse and the chroma effect reverts to default Spectrum Cycling.

My brothers deathadder was working for roughly 2 weeks after I purchased and set it up for him. Today, he came to me saying that the light shuts off while he is actively using the PC but turns on when the PC is in sleep/just powered on. Does anyone have a fix? He is using Windows 10

If Razer Synapse is running, once you logged into your account it should sync to the cloud and load all the settings of your device including your preferred Chroma lighting.

How come when i select advanced effects for one device, it changes for my other devices too? For example, if i were to select advanced effects for my mouse, it would go to advanced effects for my mouse mat. Also how do I change the speed of my spectrum cycling

That's odd. Are you using the Chroma Studio or the lighting settings of each device you have? When you choose Spectrum Cycling, you should see the additional options in the right part of the screen in the Studio.
