mukhlis1010 And if you don't have a soldering iron? And you are not really meant to solder, it will damage batteries. That's why they are spot welded sometimes. 😁

Not True At All -- I've been soldering no Head batteries for 50 some years and use the good ones out of a battery-pack for my flashlight & other uses. The only problem there is, is solder doesn't like to stick on battery surfaces so one has to prep the surface properly. And since you don't have the experience in soldering you left the soldering iron too long on the battery. Learn how to solder and then soldering works just fine. Do it right and save money - rechargeables aren't cheap.

If you connect batteries in a series and parallel, they all must have the same capacity. And they must be paired. So you can connect 3 batteries in series for 3.6V and then connect that in parallel with additional sets of 3 to keep them at 3.6V but increase capacity.

NO DON'T!!! This is connecting batteries in a series! If you put 22 of them together you will get 26,4V on exit! (Assuming each battery is 1.2V)

i tried to use some copper wires i pulled out of my phone AC charger, but when I went to connect the other side (like how you connected both sides of the +-,+- ) but it started getting hot, and it burnt me a little. Am I doing something wrong?

nvm i figured it out. i was connecting the 2 batteries parallel on both ends instead of parallel on one end and a separate wire for the (+) and (-) on the other

md umar You are asking if you can charge it with a usb 5v phone charger. Wich I'd answer, depends. It shouldn't be straight 5v output but it has to be converted If I remember right.
