Thanks for your video. The menu option seems to have changed in google sites recently, when you try and set up the customer domain. are you able to provide instructions please on using the new menu option ? Thanks

Hi James, glad you found video helpful Yes about setting up custom domain, Google recently redirected to Google Search Console but the process is still the same You will be provided with a TXT record which you need to enter at your Domain name page. Hope this helps

This was great however, the code you stated is not the same when I put on the CC button. Which one is correct? What I see on the CC or what you are saying? The CC may have a hard time picking up your accent. Thanks for sharing.

Hello, thanks for watching and hopefully subscribing 😎 I am not sure I get your question. But to link your custom domain with google sites you need to add 2 records from Google Sites to your Third Party Domain provider 1. TXT Record 2. CNAME Record

I used Google Sites to make website, GoDaddy said I need the A Record from Google? Where do I find the IP Address of my site’s website? Thanks

@@flynndarko I am on Afrihost and I am facing the same challenge as @JeffLancaster1. I added the TXT and CNAME records. The Afrihost support team have verified it. However I get a 404 Webpage not found when I visit the domain. Any ideas on what I can do?
