You dont need to hold the buttons for tht long, It only requires to be hold till the 2nd beep is heard, After that u may release buttons

Hello @Driton Ferati can you tell me do you have this option to your AC -- in Heating mode, do the AC blow warm air from the under air-vent way only OR from above and under air-vents? Thank you!

Hey Sadly, it's not working for me, my phone got connected to the AC hotspot I believe but once it loads to 100% I always receive an error. Any idea what I can do?

@@dritonferatiofficial yes, it makes a beep. I also found my phone connected to a wifi that I presume it's from the AC. Still can't make it work...

@@dritonferatiofficial It's a Gree Bora A4 12000 BTU. I know peopel say it's not going to connect to 5g routers but I'm still using the 3gh one so it should be ok.

After multiple attempts at resetting the Wi-Fi the AC Hotspot does not show up on the Wi-Fi list. When it did at the beginning it failed to connect after following the instructions. What do I REALLY do to get this thing to work?

I cant select my home wifi on iphone when i press select it just opens my iphone settings, i can see the hotspot in my wifi list but i cant get thru the first step where i have to select my own wifi not hotspot that ac creates. Any solution to this?

Hello, when you hold down MODE+WiFi, does the air conditioner make a sound, and the distance between the air conditioner and the WiFi should not be far (where you have the air conditioner, your phone should reach the WiFi waves. And lastly, try to be 1 meter close to the air conditioner, when you try to connect via WiFi!

Can you tell me please witch firmware version you have? I have same indoor unit and firmware version V1.00 I didn't never get update. Also when I try to make update then Server version No exist...

Try holding the MODE+Turbo button all the way until you find WiFi because it depends on the type of air conditioner!

Why my Gree air conditioner can't find a wifi network, i was reset, with turbo + mode, everything is ok, but when starting to find wifi, there are none wifi of my router... router is so close, and signal on my phone under clima is full.... :(

@@dritonferatiofficial yes, I hear "beeep" on clima when press turbo and mode buttons.... everything looks fine, but when come step of finding wifi.... nothing happens.... it looks like there is no wifi network, or some wrong with my router, frequency or something???

It's not working with me neither. I'm holdin mode+turbo until I hear a second beep. This means the wifi module is reset. And when the loading bar is full I'm clicking next and I'm not able to choose wifi network. It says no hot spots found. I've also tried without releasing the mode+turbo buttons - same result.

My remote doesn't have wifi button. There are 3 options in the app - mode+wifi, mode+turbo and touch panel.

@@dritonferatiofficialOne or two years ago and yes, it has inverter. I saw a gree consultant who advised that every gree ac can be connected to the app. When I press mode + turbo, a wifi symbol shows on the remote.

Well then follow the steps if you have a letter that directs you, as a suggestion, you should be connected by WiFi at home and not 4G!

Everytime, you touch any key in the remote, the whole settings in your are app are messed up. I hate the fact of having to reset at all times.....

The application is very good and very simple to work with. has used it for 1 year and I am very satisfied ...

@@dritonferatiofficial the app is fine, I'm not questioning it. The issue is when you use the original remote to change any function. As soon as you click it, all the phone app settings get messed up. You'll require to reset the whole thing all over again, I don't have patience for... That's my problem.

Try this way too. When you hold down MODE + WiFi and for a few seconds the beep air conditioner gives a sound. Do not hold down the buttons when the sound is output. And try to be as close as possible to the air conditioner up to 1 meter.

Definitely have to work, if you follow the steps I do. Is your phone connected to Wifi at home, do not deal with 4G!

@@Aror82 When you press the MODE + WiFi Button, the air conditioner beeps to indicate that it has received the signal when you pressed the buttons on the remote control. And is the air conditioner close to WiFi?
