I don't know what's wrong. I followed all instructions (even all troubleshootings from the comments) but it never worked on my Google Pixel 8 Pro. I had to switch to my iPhone in order to make it work. I was connected to the right network (2.4GHz), 20/40 MHz, right encryption and ferquency etc but I think the issue is either related to my phone or the Android app. Such a shame that we're still struggling with those kind of stuff in 2024. Gree should definitely do something about it.

Uninstall Gree+, install 3 years old Gree+, connect normal, after that update Gree+ app

I am trying to connect Gree Charmo artic pro 2. I have made all tne neccessary steps, i changed the channel width to 20 mhz, i have turned off 5g in my router settings and still nothing. It comes up to 69 % when connecting the device. Then it stops and says ,,failed to connect to device - error code (LY02),, Can someone help pls? Spent over 3 hours -_-
