With iPads that comes with Type C port. I think for the current models iPad Pros, Mini & Air have type C but not the iPad 9th & 10 generation, it has lighting port like iPhones so not with that.

This keyboard is wireless & not Bluetooth keyboard which means no wires are required instead of wire or Bluetooth a USB nano receiver is used to connect. This receiver can easily be connected to laptops but since iPads don’t have that port I am using this wire connector which has one space for iPd port & one for USB receiver

About which keyboard will be best, I can’t really say because I not a tech expert I am a digital art on iPad expert, because I wanted this retro style keyboard to work with my iPad I found this way to connect & I thought I should share my experience.

The USB needs to be purchased separately but the nano receiver is included in mouse.

Logitech Pop in the colour Daydream is a bluetooth retro style keyboard with a bit of purple in keyboard & purple mouse, both sold separately. But is a little more pricey almost 4 times more than of iGear plus usb connector. But if you are sure of wanting Bluetooth only & okay with the price then it would be the best option! I don’t use the keyboard that much that is why I went with this one otherwise I would have bought Logitech Daydream. Also I am not a tech expert but digital art on iPad expert. The single connector that comes in the mouse when inserted in the device will connect both the keyboard & mouse.
