If the pc doesn't recognize the dongle flip the dongle upside down as the usb c port on that extension cable is directional

This doesnt help...sure the audio is good but the mic doesnt work and the only way to get the mic to work is to downgrade your Bluetooth resulting in the worst audio ever....

The mic works for me just make sure that little notch is lined up with the guide.
