my q990c connected to wifi once but now won't. i.have tried everything like disconnecting power changing routers reinstalling smartthings app. i.dont even see.wifi.in the little window on soundbar. I will call samsing tomorrow. need to return to Amazon before 30 days are up

I would ensure you are on a 2.4ghz wifi rather than a 5g. I opened smarthings app, removed previous soundbar, then added it again. This worked well for me.

@@hifiaudios8101 Thanks for your fast answer. My problem is that i cannot connect the soundbar to smartthings app on my phone and also not on my samsung tv. It keeps buffering in the last step.

@@hifiaudios8101 Thanks for your advice. The problem is that i can't connect the soundbar to wifi, or i dont know how. Everytime i try to connect the soundbar to my samsung tv or my samsung phone it gives an error. And when i read stuff on the internet they say check if the soundbar and the phone is on the same network, check in smarthings. But i cant connect the soundbar to smartthings. I will try and contact samsung too, thanks for your help

How do you connect the sound bar to WiFi. Every tutorial says to put the soundbar on WiFi mode and then connect to Smart things. No one explains how to get the sound bar to connect to my WiFi so I can connect to smart things. You and everyone else is leaving out this step. Why?

I can’t connect my soundbar q990c to the smart things app what shall i do? ive tried turning the soundbar on and off but still it shows error on the app
