Might wanna check if your TV supports the Bluetooth version of your Charge 5. Also, make sure it's not already connected to another device.

If the "Broadcasting" option is greyed out, it could be that your TV is in the wrong source mode. Try switching to "TV" mode instead of HDMI or something else
