This was helpful. I was trying to figure out setting it up in series versus parallel. So parallel is better for the length of the battery. However if I had limited sunny days and need to charge quicker the series would be better. Also I have a bluetti ac200p. It is more complicated but works well for me. With that model you must have two solar panels or it will not charge. I took me several hours to figure that out. Lol. I enjoy your channel and have learned so much. Thank you!.

You can take the anderson connectors apart and turn them any way you need to make them fit they slide apart

Amazon sells a waterproof extension cord protector. It's affordable and very effective

Thank you AP. I was one of the people who have been pestering you about connecting solar to the Duracell. The Anderson connector has to be realigned in order to use it. Probably the same for your Allpowrs also. The nice folks at Duracell helped us with the process. Solar is wonderful once it's setup.

I have the same Bluetti. The connecting cable that comes with the Bluetti is really short. You won't be able to use the Bluetti inside without an extension cord. So I purchase a extension cable 8mm 9mm / 30 feet to connect the unit to the panels while it is in side or just away from the panels. Some cables , like the one I purchase, the silver connector part was to short to go completely in the unit, so you will have to shave some of the black plastic off to make a complete connection. Please don't place your panels on your nice green grass, it will burn it. These panels get really hot in full sun. Getting stand bracket's are a good idea. AP is right, you can not go wrong with connecting these solar panels together, and the unit.

Male and female ends is how I always thought they were called. Male ends are the ones that go into the female end/receptor

You can mount directly to a frame, the brackets make it a little easier. I am not aware of solar panels being very temperature sensitive. There may be slight differences in output, but hardly noticeable.

So if I bought the larger bluetti and 4 panels can that be hooked together. It’s gonna charge faster right?

Just remember when connecting in Parallel you are doubling the AMPs. Thicker wire needed. When connecting in series you double the volts and the amps stay the same. So if you do 4 100watt panels in Parallel you would have close to 40 AMPS.

Parents protect children from horrible things. Parents would give their children anything they wanted if they new the world was about to end. Too bad this only allows 500w which is hard to get from regular panels @ 10imp max. Also... when there is no full sun... such a set up wont generate jack .... Only fun during ideal weather.
