in 5:38 there was a mistake in the calculation its supposed to be 16*0.7

Why do u multiply 16 by 1.5 and 1.6

That is the standard. If a bolt or a nut has a diameter of M24, M10, M30 and so on, if you want to get the actual diameter you multiply by 1.5. If you want to get the thickness of the bolt cap you multiply by 0.8, thickness of nut you multiply by 0.7 and many more standards.
