Looks delicious as always dude. I always pour hot water on the rice noodles. It takes just a couple of minutes for them to soften up. If you fry them this way they have a nice chewiness. Caution: Most panang curry pastes are not vegan because of the fish sauce and shrimp paste in them.

Racha Z I don’t own the truck but operate out of one. My place is called Dawson’s you can find it on Instagram Facebook, and google as @dawsonsvegan but I’m temporarily closed and I am teaching cooking classes at the moment. The next one is Aug 3rd and it’s a Thai Cooking Class.
