Today I'm cooking Nigerian Afang Soup which is a delicious soup from the South Region of Nigeria, Akwa Ibom state to be precise. Here are the ingredients I used for cooking this Soup:
Pounded Okazi Leaves
Water leaf
Palm Oil
Stock fish
Crayfish
Periwinkles
Dry Pepper
Fresh Pepper
Seasoning Cube
Salt
