Everyone should try marrow. I used to be disgusted by marrow because I never had it. Once I tried it, I regret not trying it earlier. Just imagine all the meat taste condensed into a gel. Amazing taste.

@Tom Silverheart That's my preference too. A good clove in a butter/olive oil mix with a sprig of something green.

@Tom Silverheart the thing is that you cant overdo with garlic powder since it has only small amount of the acids that make garlic taste (not smell tho, only taste)... you will need allot of garlic powder to replace the same amount of taste that one clove of those "potent" garlic varieties has... garlic powder is all about aroma and raw garlic is all about taste...

Some of it is more very fine powder, and some is more granulated. I prefer the granulated, I think it has a superior smell and taste to the very fine white powdery stuff. Just look in the jar, is it blonde colored with a little grain and texture to it? Should be good if it is. I have "Market Pantry" brand from Target and it looks just like Guga's.

Here in México if you go to the butcher´s shop, and if you buy some meat, you can ask for free bones, yes FREE!! because people use them for beef stock as we say "to give it more flavor" so if you are like me, always ask for four or five bones cut in half and put them on the grill, and enjoy. Great video as usual.
