Love these longer duration ones. Thanks for sharing Andrew. Still one of my favorite Chefs and TV personalities. Some marrow on a good loaf of bread... One of the most sublime and simplest pleasures.

Bone marrow is truly the “Butter of the Gods!” I can NOT even think of putting ANYTHING but maybe a little of Lawerys season salt. The taste is heaven!!! Great segment! Thank you!

Folks should check out the bearded butchers channel. They demonstrate true honor and respect to the animal and have a level of professionalism worth checking out. It’s a great informative channel and gives you a true insight to butchery. They are cool as hell.

Bone Marrow is UMAME turbocharged. I often keep the bones, bleach them. They make funky incense stick holders

Andrew…Thank you so very much for this video…as an aspiring chef…(not really, as I am almost 70) You have truly inspired me to cook better meals and food. I truly appreciate you and your team. I know this video is a couple years old, but a few of my close friends are true foodies, and love when I surprise them. The bone marrow and salad along with my homemade sourdough artisan bread, will hopefully be a true hit.. again…Thank you…BTW…Love you as a judge on TOC! You Rock the House!

Try bone marrow with some vodka mixed with horse radish. Salad could stay the same. It's the way we eat them in Lithuania. Oh, and Lithuanian rye bread

Back in my short order diner days, we called those weights, “bacon pigs” I have that exact cutting board. If you are ever in Effingham Illinois, stop by the Boos factory and shop at the factory outlet store, nice folks. And he ain’t kidding about St John in London. It’s a pilgrimage for anyone who likes to eat. But they might not have the bone marrow available. I was I was told they have a hard time getting the quality and quantity necessary. But there is nothing on their menu that isn’t top shelf.
