How to cook chicken breast correctly. The outcome will amaze you!
Ingredients:
chicken breast - 400 g (14 oz)
water - 600 ml (20.3 fl oz)
TO BOIL 10 min
eggs - 2 pieces
milk - 100 ml (3.4 fl oz)
salt - 6 g (0.21 oz)
flour - 40 g (1.4 oz)
baking powder - 7 g (0.25 oz)
mozzarella - 100 g (3.5 oz)
oregano - 3 g (0.11 oz)
Tray diameter 22 cm (8.66 in)
zucchini - 150 g (5.3 oz)
red bell pepper - 70 g (2.47 oz)
hard cheese - 50 g (1.76 oz)
IN THE OVEN 180 °C (356 °F)/25 minutes
for the salad:
arugula leaves - 170 g (6 oz)
cucumber - 50 g (1.76 oz)
yellow bell pepper - 50 g (1.76 oz)
cherry tomatoes - 50 g (1.76 oz)
oil - 15 ml (1 tbsp)
balsamic vinegar cream - 20 g (0.7 oz)

Could not agree more. A chicken dish for sure, but Chicken Breast is misleading. Chicken Casserole would be more accurate. That said, I MIGHT try it.

Been doing that for decades. Met a guy in 1978, from Georgia who owned a restaurant. He had the best BBQ I had ever tasted. Boiling any chicken for half the cook time keeps the meet moist and tender.

Boiling chicken in water is a dumbass thing to do,it seriously empties the taste of the chicken into the water,you are left with a rubbery chicken that then gets cooked way over the cooking point and any fat is now in the water,meaning any taste is in the water which is then wasted,its absolutely a dumb way to make cook chicken,a small amount of oil and fried bth sides and then tossed onto a barbecue to brown both sides slightly darker again is superior,unless you are entering a mr olympia competition and you wana eat bland chicken,boiling it in water is the last thing you wana do

Same here. Raw chicken with raw eggs in a cheese cake in the oven. Not only is it a calorie bomb it's a risk if the chicken isn't fully cooked. Nothing about this is the right way. That boiling of the chicken also made it super dry, no doubt. Yikes! 😬

Я смотрела на скорости 1,75, а можно было и на 2, чтобы не умереть от скуки 😊. Конечно я так готовить не буду никогда, слишком калорийно. Если так питаться, то через год ни в какую дверь не влезешь🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️

Для меня очень много сыра. В яичную заливку сыр ни к чему. Сверху перед запеканием ещё сыр. Вообщем это сырная запеканка. Названо видео "готовить грудку правильно". На вкус и цвет товарищей нет.
