I would say this is delicious. Being boring American seems my taste buds may be confused. There is so much flavor, but I'm going to give this a try. I will let you know. I'm excited and scared. Lol 😆

Why no browning the bones? Is it a flavor choice or do you just not brown bones or at least in this not in this case?.

It's the bone broth you can eat with rice or bread or just as ..it's good calcium
