Chop Suey is a stir- fried vegetable dish that is quick and easy to prepare. You can add any meat of your choice and you can even add quail eggs as shown in the video.
Ingredients:
150g chicken breast
2 tbsp oil
3 cloves of minced garlic
1 sliced onion (medium-sized)
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp concentrated chicken stock
150g cauliflower
150g broccoli
5 pcs baby corns
12 pcs snow peas
1 small carrot
1 small red capsicum
8 quail eggs
1/2 tbsp corn starch ( mix it with 3 tbsp of water)
1 cup of water
Black pepper and salt to taste
You can make changes in my recipe to suit your taste as you may prefer more of one ingredient and less of another.
