8 pieces of prawns
1/2 tsp of salt
1 1/2 tbsp of flour
Oil for frying
6 egg yolks
2 red bird's eye chillies
2 green bird's eye chillies
3 stalks of curry leaves
100g of butter
1/2 tbsp of sugar
1/2 chicken stock cube
1/8 tsp of salt
1 cup of oil
1 cup of oil
