All my life I have been cooking food in volume. One day I realized that I could cook for 50 people in 50 minutes, AND I could show you how to do it! When I was asked to speak at Canio's Bookstore in Sag Harbor about my two memoirs, and to do a small food presentation, I took on the challenge and fed a crowd of about 45 people. Each morsel of food was either organic, or all-natural, and it cost less than $4 per person!
