Hello, love your catering event videos! I have a question about chafers if you could help. Do you know how long room temperature food would take to heat up on a chafer? For example, I want to serve chicken pieces that will be at room temperature to start with. How long in a chafer would it take to heat up all the chicken pieces to the point where it’s nice and hot to eat?

Lexie Hennessy it goes in courses as soon as app stations r open people come and eat & when we r doing main course as soon as we r done cooking it we open the buffet station . That’s why they hired us to cook live for them as you can see in the video . CONGEALING LOL seriously 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻
