No commentary? Just really lame elevator music? When watching a cooking video I want to know why you are doing the things you do. Why is that garlic clove there? Seems a waste and worthless but, maybe, a narrator could tell us why it should be done.

Yes, very irritating. And no recipe to print out so you can do the steps in the kitchen. This is a textbook example of how NOT to do YT cookery.
