I rough the partially cooked eggs up more than that and fold the omelette over the filling to allow it to heat up while omelette still cooking.

Why it takes 15 to 20 minutes to describe why it takes to cook a steak - I don't know. The instructions you provided were brief, excellent and easy to remember. From a novice who didn't have a clue - many thanks. It came out well.

Hello, thank you so much for posting this. I do have a question, I see videos which only a few they were Australian where they say lemonade but it seems like it's more of a lemon seltzer, is that accurate because in the US where I am when we say lemonade meme basically lemon juice with a lot of sugar and water, and I just want to make sure I use the right type of liquid. 😊 Thank you

Hi! Australian here. What you're looking for is something similar to 7up? A clear lemon soda. Also we confuse ourselves because we call both the lemon juice and the soft drink lemonade.

Nice recipe thank you but the beef would have been MUCH more tender sprinkled with bi-carb (baking soda) for an hour 1st. I think yours would have been tough and chewy. Apart from that great recipe. Cheers (John M in the UK0
