You need to stir the rice after it’s done in the cooker in a way that won’t crush the grain. It’s a knowledge problem, not a cooker problem.

Soak rice for 30 mins. Drain water off. Put in pan. Same amount of water above rice eg 2 inches of rice, 2 inches of water above rice. Bring to boil and simmer on lowest light possible for 9 mins with lid on. Take off heat take off lid, fluff up with fork. Eat.

1 to 1 ratio leave lid off a bit so it can breathe Somehow that keeps in a lot of moisture After its done replace the lid fully for 5 to 10 mins

I dice up small pieces of onion and put a spoon of oil first so it gives the rice more flavor, I recommend trying it!

I followed the directions on my rice bag perfectly today and it was 1rice:2water for 20 minutes... It came out as mush. I couldn't eat it! 🤢 I will try 1:1 next time!

@@jharris7 it's one to one only on fast white rice, full grain needs one and a quarter water to one portion of rice. And it's very important to wash the rice when using this method.
