Spinach Dish:
Two bunches of spinach
One onion
Three cloves of garlic
One carrot
One red pepper
Two tomatoes
Two tablespoons of rice
A coffee spoon of tomato paste
One coffee spoon of chili paste
A coffee spoon of chilli pepper
A teaspoon of black pepper
One scant coffee spoon of salt
Half a teacup of olive oil
Preparation:
After we wash our spinach well, we take a strainer to drain them, chop the onion, garlic, and put it in a saucepan, fry it with olive oil for 2 minutes, then add finely chopped carrots and red peppers, add the salt. For the vegetables to soften, we add the rice and then we cut the spinach around three inches from the root as I showed in the video. We add the roots to the pot, then we take the leaves part, put the chopped tomato and cook it on low heat with the lid closed. After our food is cooked, we let it rest for 10 minutes without opening the lid, we serve it with yoghurt.
Post Script: I didn't put any water into the dish at all.
