We tried to grow Sunflower sa bundok namin Mam Nece, kaso namatay nung kasagsagan ng ulan at init hindi namin nalinisan ang puni. Ang laki ng buong sunflower. Ganun pala pagluto nyan. Your daughters love it, and enjoyed their fun learning. 💗

Sayang ano. Tanim ka uli Kuya Dhon. I find that sunflower grows better in direct full sunlight. It does not like shade. I planted one too that is partly shaded, it made it but not as big as the ones planted in full sun area. Yes my kids loves it, mom and dad too😄. Too bad we can only have it on summer time.

First time din namin yan. As in masarap lalo na pag e drizzle mo yong chilli oil with vegan parmesan cheese. Perfect combination.

Oh nasurprised ako sa sunflower na inihaw honetly ngayon ko lng yan nalaman akala ko noon kinakain lng yan pah gulang na yong seeds. Mayroon ako natutunan dito wanna try this soon at 2000 seed wow dami.Galing din mga kids mo marunong at naka intidi sila ng tagalog.

I know right?! Something new for you to try now and trust it’s delish, parang mais lang din sya with a nutty flavour to it. The chili oil and the vegan parmesan brings more flavour to it. I’m glad you learn something from us. We did train our kids to speak tagalog since new born and it’s the best decision we’ve made. Still not fluent but they are getting there. Thank you.

First time we planted it first time eating it grilled as well. We’ll be planting every year now, just need to get smarter covering it before it gets eaten by a squirrel😬 Love to see friend here from a same country. Let’s keep in touch.

Those are one big sunflower heads. Parmesan cheese is still on the sun flower, so technically she's eating the sunflower 😁. Getting the sunflower seeds straight from your own garden - that is one good example of sustainable living.

I know right?! First attempt of planting it this summer and was a success, except the few that was eaten by squirrel. 😅let’s put it that way with the Parmesan cheese on the sunflower. It’s our family’s new fav, better that the non-vegan I would say and it’s so easy to make.
