This costume reflects the season 18 perfectly showing a more sophisticated air and regal quality. I actually like all of Tom baker's costumes throughout his era. It's one of my favorite seasons due to the excellent stories and brooding atmosphere which gives the best Doctor exit any actor's ever had.

Adore this look. I think I can safely say that it's my new favourite look of all of the Doctor's costumes ever! So much so that my mum knitted me a replica of the scarf, unfortunately not in chenille, but the colours are near perfect. And I managed to find a perfect alt for the socks.

For the one-off Fourth Doctor costumes, I have an obscure idea. Like, REALLY obscure -- the New Zealand Superannuation costume. This was seen in five commercials,all of which only seem to exist off of VHS copies uploaded here on KZfaq. I do love this look. And the outfit isn't burgundy. It is, indeed, plum colored. I love the story behind the outfit and the color.

Great video but you forgot one , in the Leisure hive he takes his coat of and underneath he has this sort of burgundy velvet jacket ? But I don't think it matters too much because it's only seen for 5-10 mins great video otherwise this is my favourite costume

I would recommend that for the shirt, wear two shirts open the top few buttons and then put the colar through the outside shirt to show 4 colars This may work Idk this is just a random idea

A great looking costume and my overall favorite of the doctor costumes. Although, I would get rid of the question marks on the shirt lapel.

My problem with the costume is the fact that it's just burgandy...There's nothing really to look at and if you look at it too long it becomes hard on the eyes....I just feel they should've kept the previous design. I mean they could modify it if they want but the concept was simply perfect (Yes it was based off of a painting...)
