Movement speed helps a ton, I personally go swiftness boots against him. Works wonders for me.

Even at no cooldown you can still play around his W and E. Dodge his W and he won't be able to catch up to you. Punish him when E is on cooldown, and while it may be 9/8/7/6/5 for skill level he will be less mobile by then. Ghost also lets you move around easier to avoid his attacks.

Phase rush is a rune that counters Nasus, you get slow resistance and a lot of movementspeed, whenever he withers you then you can just run away and his wither will be useless.

I've started playing in season 4 and I play on the EUW server

if you play Malphite: just Q her every time she tries to jump on you, if she plays passively just poke her with Q whenever she comes close to get farm. Once she is low, ult and full combo her for ez kill. If you play any other tank: take Grasp. Rush plated steelcaps and bamis cinder for more dmg. Camille scales her true dmg on her Q quite well so you want to prioritize building more HP rather than armor. I find heartsteel as great item vs her becayuse she can't really build Bork and it also gives you a lot of bonus dmg. in early game, when you trade with her try to keep the trades so short that she cannot use her second Q on you. Without that empowered second Q she can't really outtrade most of the champions. If you play bruiser: the same thing as if you've played a tank, but you take PTA or Conqueror instead of Grasp of undying and you rush your regular bruiser items after steelcaps. Majority of bruiser items give a lot of AD and HP so 2 greats stats to deal woth Camille. In bruiser scenario, you might be able to win a long fight vs her, depending on your pick. As Darius, Volibear, Trundle, Mordekaiser etc. you completely anihilate Camille in long fughts during early game. However she has a slight edge in short trades in those scenarios(maybe except Volibear, he is the ultimate lanebully and he will win the trade no matter what you do) However if you play something like Pantheon, Renekton etc. you want to hold to your short trades and not letting her get the second Q. My personall favourite pick vss Camille is Renekton for 3 reasons: 1. He is my main(lmao) 2. His empowered W destroys her passive shield before dealing dmg, so if you time your W right after her shield procs you basically reduce her effective HP by 1/6(the shield value is 20% of her max HP). 3. if you take PTA, you can take about 2/3 of her HP with a single full combo(1 empowered ability) since you get lvl 3, so basically she overextends just 2 times in a row and she is dead. 4. Once you hit lvl 6 you can just straight up stat check her and kill her even if the fight happens at bad spot or if she plays it better. That is a thing unless she gets to something like 2 full items and she gets on her powerspike. After that you can't 1v1 her and need your team to help you. But from my experience, the game usually ends before she is able to get that 2 item powerspike.

The best way to play vs camille as a general tip is to save your CC / slows to stop her Q2. her other tools dont do nearly as much damage, so if you can avoid her Q2 by Stunning her during it, that'll stop her damage a lot.

An old trick, stand to the side of the minion wave now Syndra has to decide will she use her abilities to push the wave, or damage you? then if she chooses to damage you then you push the wave this will work early only though.
