good for you! it can be a little scary at the start and i play mid field so when i do the draw i definitely get what you mean because it’s like “everyone’s watching me what if i mess up” but once you play it’s the best feeling :)

hii, so i went to a friends house today and we played some lacrosse that was my first time and she was teaching me a little and i realized i really like the sport so any tips on how to practice for beginners by yourself? i don’t have a net either maybe i could invest in one but my yard isn’t that big

Maybe if you have a bounce back or have a friend throw you a ball with there hands so it’s easier to catch. And also make sure to practice with both hands so you can be better and don’t have to learn the other side as well. You can also watch tutorials on things do you wanna learn or if your mom, brother, sister, or friend play lacrosse so you can have them teach you.
