This was so helpful! ive been using canvas for a while now, and Im far from being an expert! but that was very helpful to know that you can actually hightlight all of the element and move it around the page, instead of one thing at a time. Also, when you're creating the pdf fillable part, is there an option to create multiple copies of the same pages? and would the format that you created in the first page be duplicated to the next without having to highlight and reformat again? or do you have to do all that again for every page you add?

Is there a way we can get rid of the blue ghost layer where the interactive objects are placed from the final PDF? I am creating an interactive Planner and feel like it's pointless to choose a background color for the text boxes since in the final PDF, it will just be masked by the blue ghost layer.

your screen on PDFescape looks very different to mine as I do not have the options or menu's that you have on your screen. I have an existing worksheet that I want to make fillable for my students to complete on our LSM. It's in PDF form, is it possible to make it fillable?

Is there a way to make a fillable doc and just email it to clients to fill out with out them needed a PDF reader? I am a Realtor and so many clients fill out docs on their phones and are not tech savvy.

Thanks for teaching me how to make a fillable form on Canva. Could you teach us how to take this same design and turn it into a black and white printable version so that clients who want to print it out manually don't waste ink on printing the pretty background colours. Question: the dropdown only provides a text box, not a paragraph in the forms. It may be my computer or system. Any suggestions?

I am trying to follow the instructions, but there is no option for "text paragraph" on pdfescape. Do you know what I should choose? The only options are text, checkbox, radio button, dropdown, listbox, reset button and submit button.

pdfescape used to be my go-to website to create fillable areas for my pdf projects. Sadly, the website has made changes to its settings and look&feel which have rendered it very unwieldy to use.
