Very nice tutorials. I've followed a few of them, and I always got stuck trying to find the Vector Flood Fill tool. I finally figured out how to add it to my tool panel (ya, noob here 😏) , by selecting View, Customize Tools, then dragging the Vector Flood Fill Tool over to the Tool Panel. Problem solved!

Glad that you found it. By the way, you can also do a pattern fill in Affinity Designer by using the gradient tool, and selecting "Bitmap" as a type.

Thanks, glad that you like them. I've never done nonograms, but I think it should be possible to create them in Affinity Photo or Designer.

I think it should be possible. It start like the Torus Mandala, and then probably connecting the branches of the spirals with the shape-builder tool.
