I would assume it is her Natasha Denona eye primer or I think its called eye base. She uses it on all her other models and tutorials. Its listed in the bio of most of her tutorials.

Check out the ingredients, note intense pigment of the shadows and variety of textures. Also, when you work out the price per gram compared to others in the market place (ie tom ford, charlotte tilbury, pat mcgrath, etc) it really isn't that expensive!!

Still it's missing the lower lid. Untouched lower lid creates the look of an uncompleted eye makeup... seems like you just were too hurry and simply forgot to do it
