First of all, Thank you so much for your positivity and support. Coming to your question, Mysql is not just for education, but also for professional usage. So, basically SQL is for data storage, and when you'll study higher programming, you'll know that we need to store data everywhere. Visual studio is something which provides helping hand for other applications and also, develop apps itself. So, when there is a need to store or access or any operation with database, Mysql Visual Studio connector will help Visual Studio API to access Mysql via inside of app. Also, Mysql requires Visual Studio C++ for its functioning as its programmed in C++. Everything is connected to each other. Mysql cannot work without Visual Studio C++, and Visual Studio API may face difficulty while accessing MySQL database API So, when you are using Mysql professionally, then these connectors come in handy. You might have noticed that there is a Python connector too. I hope I'm not confusing you.
