Im making my own card layout for a prototype using the galaxy note 20 and the pixel lab app is on both IOS and Andoid and it's free, but I recomend paying the 3 dollar adless option if you really like the app. The app is pretty simple to use and it has a bunch of options to make a custom image. I use it to make youtube thumbnails and cards, so there is another option for mobile users.
