thank you so much for this. All the other tutorials just use the default 3rd person mannequin blueprint, so you cant figure out how to create a character from scratch. I didn't realise you had to make your own gamemode and assign the default character. saved me a lot of time bro.

I wish we could go back to the old system, trying to do stuff with this new mapping system is horrid to say the least. Pretty sure whoever decided to make this new system was on a lot of drugs at the time.
