Hi, Thanks for reaching out. Our plugin presently doesn’t offer any options to set-up a distinct product and a random category globally. However, you can set the same individually for each product on the product edit page. Thanks for understanding.

Hi, We were not able to replicate any issues when we tested the same scenario on our end. Kindly make sure that you have used the placeholder [wt-related-products product_id=xx] (where xx is the product id) in that exact format.

@@WebToffee do you have a shortcode to put only related products? do I need to set the products one by one? because I have thousands of product I think its not effective way to do that I dont want to set my product one by one . is there any alternatives?

Oh woooooooow it finally worked!!!!!!🎉🎉🎉🎉 The problem was overiding the theme template. When it was ticked and enabled, the products didn't show. But when I unticked that box, it worked. Your plugin integrated excellently well with my theme. Great job to by theme developers as well 😅😅😅😅😅

Hi there, Our plugin does not include the ability to display related products based on user interactions. But when we choose category and tags in the ‘Relate Products Globally’ option in our plugin and no specific products are linked to it, the plugin will automatically showcase related products based on the product’s associated category and tags.
