And excellent method employing Transform effect to generate a template which allows one to easily create a repeating pattern (mirrored every 30 degrees) on-the-fly. Like a kaleidoscope. Very cool!

in illustrator how do you change the size of a shape? you cant just tap the screen. how do you do it now in the newest version?

comment fais tu , pour dédoubler la ligne verticale - Ctrl ....... press zéro ! je ne comprend pas l'anglais, merci d'avance - how do you do, to double the vertical line - Ctrl ....... press zero! I don't understand english, thanks in advance

I am having trouble with the stoke caps. Nothing I do changes them.

@@Dagubi 18:16 - my stroke caps would not change to round like yours did. I played around with stroke settings until they changed to round caps, but it only worked for me after I changed the look of my stroke (width profile). However, I checked the issue again after restarting Illustrator and now it works just fine. Thanks for checking in with us about this. I'm learning so much from your instructional videos and I have subscribed!
