When I create materials in Adobe Sampler, such as high scale, b2 effect, etc, the same materials do not appear in Adobe Painter. It would be very helpful if you could tell me how to resolve this issue.

Adobe trains their AI software off of their own library of images. The ethical concern with Adobe is that, although they own the license for those images, they did not tell the photographers and artists who uploaded their images that they would be used to train their model. This does look like a convenient usage of AI. Just take care of some of the legwork for extremely basic, grungy materials that are often used for things like render shots or what have you, but as Abe mentioned, this is miles and miles away from being able to "replace" substance designer artists.

Yes and no. With designer you can create a configurable material for other programs such as substance player/painter , blender etc.

@@combojerman28 hopefully he is not getting in a wrong server cause we have never and will never ask for any payment to join our discord. I have approved all the most recent members so if he logged in the past hr he should be in already
